The house has a great yard for lawn games with a path that leads to a river right out back! Kayak, paddle board, float in a tube or just sit out in the beautiful meadow. This is a favorite hangout spot!

There are 2 full bathrooms and free washer / dryer and dishwasher in the house. Free off-street parking for 5 cars (Also eligible for a UNH commuter pass) and a Wildcat transit bus stop is right out your front door! Rent includes heat, hot water, water/sewer, parking and trash pickup. This is a great value for the convenience of being 1.5 miles from downtown Durham and so close to campus!
